I have been using monster for a few years now, but only because I got it all for free.

I sell and use Monster and am proud of it. And I know there a few others on this board that are the same way. I love educating customers(literate or illiterate of cable tech) on Monster cable. If they end up bringing that cable back saying that they didn't see/hear a difference, no problem, here's the phone number to a good optometrist/otologist.

If you(general term) don't like it or haven't been educated on Monster technology, fine, that's your loss. But don't TRY and preach it to others.

Good luck with that letter.

I don't think anyone has any right here to question Dave's knowledge of audio products or thier uses/benefits.

Just because you sell a product does not make you any more worth listening to than him. You are making money off it afterall

I gather you approve of thier suing of every other company on earth for using the name "monster" or a variation of that? You apparently seem to like to disregard any double blind testing done with these cables (you should since it goes against everything you support) Ignorance is bliss, expecially wen you profit from it!

If some idiot wants to drop hundreds on interconnects when they can get better looking identical sounding interconnects from places like knukonceptz, then no problem, here's a number for a shrink.

I will absolutely preach it to others along with some of the leaders in the industry.

I suggest you go to McIntosh Labs facility if you are ever in New York and check out what kind of wire they use. After all, they are arguably the most respected high end brand in audio. Surely they would know what sounds good, right?

Here it is, I wont beat around the bush. You sell Monster, do you have the Z300 or M1000cv cable handy? I'll send you this To compare a $120 cable to a $35 cable. When you get my cable, you will be impressed the minute you open the box. Let me know if you can "see" a difference in your picture and which cable turns out better.

Then if you have an M1000i, maybe you can tell us what makes it better then the 950i as Monster lists the same "features" in both cables yet one is magically $25 more expensive ($125-150 for 1M) compare that to my cable at $45 for silver plated OFC and locking RCA ends (features Monster doesnt offer)

Sorry if I seem like I have a swollen head, I am simply trying to prove a point. You see, it isnt that Monster makes a bad product, its that they over price an overly well marketed name. By purchasing their cable you are paying their lawyers to sue Monster Garage, Monster.com and now any and all non related companies because before 1978, the word Monster never exsisted.....

Audiophile's do not use Monster Cable, they know better. There are several small and large companies that make good products. They range in affordable to exotic in price, all of which combined do not have the marketing budget of said monster. Why? because they actually use their profits to make better products in the future............

Edit: Monster Technology? LOL now thats funny, i guess I have to go to Monster U to learn me some of that

I have used Knu's stuff in my last two cars and it works. My truck pounds...and will be even better after I get off my lazy arse and order the last 4 speakers (found the link Dave) for the dash. I have always though monster cable was overpriced since its release and have never used it...my only question is this (hydraulics background with electronics tossed in)...is it easier to push through a few large wires or alot of small wires?

People suck. Rev it till it MELTS.....
