I love the old dune books. I have not been able to get into the newer one that much (the ones written by Brian Herbert) The last full dune book that I read was chapterhouse dune) I have tried a few times to read the newer ones since I liked the old ones so much but I am just not able to finish reading them.

Read the first 4 books and I love the bigscreen movie. Although it deviates a lot from the books.

back in 85 or so, my mom got me dune sheets for my bed. Has no idea what the hell is was, but likes the spaceships so it didn't bother me.

I did try to watch a dune movie on sci fi last year or so, but i passed out.

The original trilogy was good. God Emperor a bit long in the tooth. I think I read "Chapterhouse" but I don't remember it.

Hated the David Lynch movie. Loved the miniseries on Sci-Fi.

My Brother and Sister-in-law named their son "Duncan." I immediately thought "Idaho." My wife said "donuts?" Who's the Dune fan in my house?
