35mm will get the wheel close to the outer fender, but since you aren't lowered it might not rub. With them being that wide, it might be a bit tough to find a good fitting tire for that rim.
Demon, the 245's fit with fender rolling and a 5mm spacer on a 42mm offset rim (SSR GT1 16").
