Stock offset is 49.5mm

So 35mm is ~2/3" less. Thus meaning those rims would likely rub on the struts. They definitely would not clear the brakes though.

Stock 16x6.5 +49.5mm rims are well within an inch of the struts with tires on them.
With 225/50's they are mighty close!
245/45's require 10mm spacers, fender rolling, and still nearly touch the struts!
