yup that would be the correct how to for a 98 zetec, i also posted one for the pre 98
but in any event if can be done at home with the propper tools and some time, this isn't something you want to rush and it involves removing motor mounts and stripping the front of the engine to get to the belt
if the belt has already gone and the timing is shot I would take it to someone, but that is because I don't think I have seen good instructions on resetting the timing
almost forgot, replace all the pullies otherwise you might run into trouble later on, the water pump if you like but that isn't as important
