the Fuzion or whatever the hell is slated between the 500 and Focus, so if they WERE going to do anything, it would be to that. . .well, they did do the SHO, so I could see a 500 SVT or something, but only WE would be interested, they wouldn't steal sales from those that want a G35, 330i, A4, C320, Sti, Evo 8, etc. market. . .and it's REALLY tough in the sport sedan market now, especially with companies coming up with aftermarket goodies. . .the only way they could do it, is if they use High quaility parts from the Mustang bin, undercut all of the aforementioned sport sedans (which average 30K) and sell it for 24.5K, and whoop the crap out of the competition. . . .wait, they did that, it was called a Contour SVT, and they killed it 2 years after production. . .ahhh, the irony. . .

Have you stood next to a 500? They are tall cars. The pics give the appearance it's Passat sized, believe me it's not.
I'll have to get a pic and post it, I've mentioned the size of the 500 before. Like I said, anyone who stands next to one looks like a hobbit....(small)

If they lowered it, thenn it would be the same size in height as the rest of the Sedans. They'd have to redo their commercial =)

Question here, cuz I'm confused  , are you stating that SVT had a part in the SHO Taurus, if so it was Ford alone, along with Yamaha.(who actually built the engine for Ford after Ford gave them the design they wanted for it.)

Yes, very tall cars I stood up next to one at the dealer here(I'm 5'9)the top of the door probably came up to my chest.
