hey hector just wondering how fast is a s/c atx zetec to 60mph,and how much time did it trim off the original #'s??

My 2L Si Mk1 Mondeo would hit 0-60 in around 8.8 seconds. It was a manual car without a/c and well stiff suspension. It had that adaptive damping option which stiffened the springs as soon as the car experienced serious acceleration.
That was running on the standard fuel over here, 95RON. I put 97/98 into it for a few tankfuls (doesnt seem to make any difference to my V6) and the car felt noticably faster! but never did any 0-60's.

sorry guys, i meant 11.2 o-60 and 77 mph in the 1/4. i should have been more clear. my bad 
Is there a cheap way to disable the speed limiter or do i need to get a chip? thanx guys.
another? If i chop the 3 chamber muffler in the middle of the car do i need 2.25" pipe or different. Can i clamp or weld. See ya

There are some wires you can cut, of course then you won't see what speed you're going, so what would be the point,,, unless you got one of them gps things, but then you have enuff money fo a chizip.

How much dough does i need to fork out for a chip? and what else do i gain, like hp or torque? Is it possible to get a diablo tuner? thanx a bunch
