so just how bad is a 11second 0-60 time? lol car sounds nice and I have a clip but it's too big for me to upload anyplace. isn't 11 seconds like the time it takes a viper to do a 1/4 mile? lol

i just got a Gtech pro meter which gives accurate 0-60 times, i done a 10.6 second (without NOS) 0-60mph in my 2.0 zetec recently but i wasnt really trying, it was dark, and i had some running probs. it has done 0-60 on the track with proper timing gear in 6.57secs with nitrous but that was much better than all the other times it did that day (and it killed the clutch) and it was done by the previous owner who is much better than me!

i saw a 1.8 mondeo estate do it in 8.04 secs on the same day, only mod was induction kit and i think an exhaust aswell.

its all in the launch to do it properly but its very hard to do. and i hate redlining the car especially when using nitrous.

yeah, the only mods I have are a CTA intake and a SVT exhaust... there is a leak at the flex pipe and it doesn't run quite right... I was using 87oct petrol too... the car seems to run best off of 89 from mobil.... weeee ok. so I guess my car isn't that bad for what it is. could be maybe get more times though? on the street, track, whatever...

I read that the Zetecs are rated at 9.2 for 0-60 time and I'm not sure if its ATX or MTX.

I got that with my ATX (before S/C).
