I would go with just the ball joint then should be around $40


a control arm is listed at fordpartsonline at about $150 each, one costs more then the other but I forget which is which

I got mine at $105 each from a ceger up in canada, 96blackse


almost forgot, BAT has them for $175 each I beleive
