1. Yes, except one. which is already an LED. can't remember whihc one. It will need a 5mm led soddered in. #74 bulbs are expensive and worthless imo.
2. Since you have a RED needles, you will need to replace them with clear ones. which can be a fun process since you need to recalibrate your speedo. or do it perfectly. Doing leds in your gauges, i suggest only doing white. unless you have indiglo and clear needles/white needles.
3.Yes buy without the bases.
4. there are 5 bulbs.

(non-svt gauge pod, svt is very similiar, bulbs located in the same spots.
