You mean "what" warranty!
If an aftermarket part caused the failure that part of the warranty is considered void. Good luck getting a warranty company to pay for it.
Also if the Quaife really is bad (how is it "bad" by the way?) then I would assume improper installation for starters. It probably was shimmed incorrectly or not at all.
