Thanks for all the replies.

Painting the silver part of the head light(the part that is still silver)whould require scraping it off the back of the clear lens. That seems like too much work for me. Plus i like the way it is. In all painting the heads lights is something i never want to do again on a contour.

Oh, and the house is my parents... you should see the view is has over the whole city (and the G35 6mt coupe in the garage).

Love it....painted a couple sets of wheels already (on my car).

gotta give a thanks to sears for the chipped paint around the lugs....and the pics dont do justice to the clear coat...used a triple coat clear from wally world worked better than i expected
