Then this sounds most like your problem. From what I know/have heard, you're going to have to take it to a shop to get it realigned. You're best bet is to run it to a shop and have them take a quick look at it, or you might be able to call one of those "Mechanics on the Go" that can come to your house and work on it from their truck/van.
