How is he "out of moves" if he talks to the guy first? Seems to me if you go straight to the ultimate authorities that only then do you not have any more "moves."
This person that we have no room for in society could be supporting his family on the crops he grows. You don't know the situation but you choose to run your ignorant mouth about this? Everyone else on here prety much looked at both sides of the situation and came to the conclusion that talking to the guy would be the first best step, why have you come to a different conclusion?
