which is it then? you did but then you didnt? i dont get it. i would contact the DNR as this [censored] doesnt sound like a man you can reason with. if you go to talk to him first and nothing gets resolved then you are out of moves. if you go to the DNR first your problem gets solved at least, then you can do your public relations after. there is no room for this in our society. sorry.
