I, too, have one here.. it is polished, and optimized. I got it from a guy who used to own an SVTC in Jacksonville. He since went to a WRX and sold me and Chris (uhm.. Git-R-Done, I think, now) two Open air filters, an optimized TB, and a secondary runner with the screws optimized as well.
