WTF is a Cosmo intake? The IAC needs to go in the air intake stream. I'm guessing this "Cosmo" intake system just wants you to zip tie it somewhere in the engine bay.
And they probably didn't include instructions because either 1. it's junk or 2. it should be pretty straight forward.
