Testing verified that these mufflers ran quieter and produced more power than the competition. Our 3" center in/center out on a 1966 Shelby Mustang produced only 91 db. A competitor?s muffler on the same car measured 94 db. In dyno tests on a B/B Chevy, #5526 cranked out 14-ft/lbs. More torque at 5000 rpm than competitor?s 3" single offset muffler.
This muffler is a Center In/ Offset Out with 2.25" pipe.
