Hey Static, you building a rail buddy with a VW drivetrain to take over to Waynoka to play with on the sand dunes? I had two buggies in the past, the first with a 1835 engine, dual two barrel Webers, fat paddle tires on the back, donut tires on the front, turning brake and all the other goodies. Second buggy was ugly as sin, but it ran a Corvair 6 with Powerglide tranny. It ran great on hard pavement, but the auto tranny bogged down in the sand. There were about a dozen of us guys from the Topeka area that make the trek down to Waynoka once or twice a year to play and get drunk. Unfortunately old age and unappreciative wives ultimately ended the whole tribe.
