I am wondering what my options are as far as installing a spoiler on my SVT that didn't come with a factory spoiler. Since I didn't get one from the factory, I will have that extra brakelight in the rear window of the car along with the brakelight on the spoiler (if I get an OEM one). Does anyone have any pictures of their contour that has a spoiler with that extra brakelight in the rear window? Also, does anyone have any suggestions on this matter?

i know someone witha nissan sentra that removed his upper middle brake light, (of course he doesnt really have a light on his spoiler) id say you could do the same and try to hook up the wires that go to that to your spoiler. ill see if i can get someone to hold the brakes for me, ill take some of my moms camry w/the brake light and spoiler light.(granted its not exactly the same

I saw a regular contour on the streets with that set up and to be honest, I saw that car and the first thing that came to my mind was to check if it had a third brake light even though they had a spoiler. I think it looks fine but I can assure you no one is gonna loot at that third brake light because no one cares ya know.

I have this setup and it looks fine. No one has ever noticed and said anything about it. Just the lights in the spoiler are connected. It would look silly, however, if both rear lights came on (I've seen that on other cars). These are pics from when I bought my car (there is a license plate stuck in the rear window):

Hmmm...I am still not even sure if I want a factory spoiler. Maybe just a lip spoiler or something without a brake light. I don't want to spend a ton of cash either. Does anyone know of any lip spoilers that will fit on an SVT without having to get a different trunk lid?

I like the lip spoilers but that is too small. Does anyone else have a large lip spoiler aside from the ones that came stock on some of the 'tours
