Alright. I just got yet another check engine light this morning, so I popped the scanner on it.
It came back PO171/PO174 again ( I still haven't found the problem) and something else under the test results.
Here it is, word for word from the scanner:

Downstream DPFE
Hose Test
Could this mean my egr is blocked, or one of the hoses going into the DPFE is blocked/leaking? I did an EGR test and that passed so I'm completely out of ideas.
