Having had Blizzaks since the car was new, I can honestly say that the contour is one of the better fwd cars that i've driven in the snow. Two years ago I got through an unplowed street with 10 inches of snow on it. My bumper was pushing a path through some of it, but the car was still going.

Granted, when it's really bad out, I just take the F350...

With my Comp T/A's I have had to go through snow well up to the front bumper and the occasional 2 ft. drift and it didn't even slow my car down. this car is about as it gets for front wheel drive cars in my mind and I havn't gotten stuck yet and i was going 60-65 when i was late getting home (after curfew) on a road that had 3-4in of snow on it and the car rarley slid or even drifted to the side. that said, the ebrake is tons of fun cause in a empty parking lot its possible to go sideways for a while before correcting out of it. of course theres always the 03 F-150 work truck for the seriuos abuse and off-roading What can I say, I'm a risk taking fun loving teenager, but its most likley stupidity.

95 LX-with a mind of its own 24v DOHC SVT exhaust and K&N=all thats worth modding Go Fighting Sioux!!!
