I recently posted a comment about how my automatic transmission in my 2000 ford contour with the v-6 started acting funny now the O/D light started flashing and the transmission seems like it slips and then engages slips then engages and shifts erratically like it cant make up its mind what gear it wants to go into. I thought maybe it was just slipping so I put some Lucas transmission fix in it in case it had a seal leak and it didn't do anything. Is my transmission going bad or could it be something simple like the computer needs to be reprogrammed or something like that?
