Ok, let's say that you do, since you've argued this point before.

Now, that goes both ways, so if a small local company does the same thing, which many do because they cannot offer the same benefits of a large national chain, then they should also be sued for millions, correct? Well, that'd put most small businesses under right there.

I don't see why everyone is so against Walmart. I'm with Packrat here, screw unions. The entire union system has been corrupt for years, and needs fixing from within.
