I can conceed for the sake of argument that the actions alleged within those cases were taken by individual managers. But the decisions to NOT settle those cases and to resist them 100% of the way through trial, and to likely argue to the jury that Walmart did absolutely nothing wrong, those were NOT the decisions of a few isolated rogue managers. THOSE decisions WERE made by big fish in the company, the big fish who set the company's vision, the big fish who write the company's mission statements, the big fish who DO set company policy. Even you, Packrat, cannot think decisions over multi-million dollar, high profile public cases like those are just delegated to the second shift manager in paper goods at some store in Jackalope South Dakota. Your "it was the individual managers" defense demonstrates the lack of thought you've given this topic.

Now who's the pinhead?

Meanwhile Packrat, is there PERHAPS a miniscule, distant, remote possibility that the UAW, while it certainly has its corruption and flaws, did not go to bat for you, because of you? Are you SUCH a saint, that could NEVER possibly be any factor whatsoever? Gee whiz, you're so well spoken and reasonable, why would they be pleased to rid themselves of a model member like you?

And if you were so screwed over, please remember that YOU neither researched nor pursued your breach of fair representation rights against the UAW. I guess you would not learn about that while watching Maury.

Have a nice day.
