Those were decisions made by individual managers and are NOT Wal-Mart policy. Those individual managers had to face the music for their poor judgement. I can say that I have never been forced to work off the clock or not paid overtime and neither has anyone I work with and I work with quite a few people that have 5, 10 or more years with the company.
That's like blaming a car maker because the dealership you deal with is incompetent.
