per most landlord/tenant laws they are required to notify you in advance if they will be coming into your apartment, unless it is a dire emergency like a water pipe busted and is leaking all over the place. if you can prove/theyll admit they went into your place that day, you could take them to small claims court. how much is your camera worth is the question? is it even worth the time and hassle? if anything, report it to the owner(s) of the building so they at least have it on file. you can also do what my neighbor did and change the locks and not give them a set of the new keys. (might cause trouble for you but it didnt for her. they just let her know in advance when they were coming and she would let them in).
