The seat is already all the way back. I'm 6'-2" with legs that require a 34" inseam jeans or pants.
The switch gets activated when I draw my left foot back to near the seat. This often allows the outside of my left knee to lay up against the switch, opening the rear passensger window.
If you can't imagine this, I guess I can take a photo....
