maybe its because i am a local customer and i actually go to their shop. but they have been great to me. the installed my y-pipe for free. its not just them it the companies they buy from the y-pipes come pre bent from another company. then they put it together. so it might be the other company. vadims 3.0 is awsome and last time i was up there he was dyno tuning a customers 3.0 with vortech that they installed. their web site does suck but they do have about 95% of what is listed there.

Ordered Quaife, Install Kit, Subframes, ft sway bar, and ft arm plates three weeks ago. Card has been billed, no parts shipped. WTF

No one should deal with SHO. They make promises they can't keep. They also charged me for all the parts I ordered, only to find that one of'em were on backorder, I called and told them to revert the money back to my card, that was more than a month ago. I have yet to see a credit on my statements. To top it off, I've called them 2 days in a row and the answering machine comes on immediately, and this is during there open hours around 10am Cali Time. I've left a message and no return calls yet.

FU*K SHO, the hell with them.......
