Who are you getting your headers from? Where will you mount the
2 turbos? I highly doubt you'll have enough room for two big powerful (which you don't need in the first place) turbos and a water/air cooler.
Prepare to spend $8-10k on this project if you go with twins.
I don't wanna shoot down your ideas, but going w/ a single turbo would be about 10x easier.
