No it doesn't, if done right.
There is a guy here in Albany that is totally redoing a miata and putting in a new 4.6L cobra engine. Everything has to be changed, using a buncha different parts from different cars and custom stuff.
And if/when I do a v8 focus, I plan on doing more than just a kit to get the correct handling out of it.
