Did they use a different name for the actual recipient other than your wife's? If so, go up to the door dressed in a UPS uniform and ring the door bell. When they answer, say; "I have a package for Martha Stewart (or whatever the crooks name is)" and then when they say, that's me, drag her out by the hair and drive her head into the pavement. When she looks up all bleeding and dazed tell her "Buy one more thing on my credit card - I dare you bI tch!"
Chances are she won't tell the cops about it, and the theivery will stop.
If the cops do harass you about it, then tell them that their Fraud Squad didn't do a damn thing when you reported it, even though you had all the info for them.
If it goes to court, it'll get thrown out and I'll rally to have you elected for El Presidente!
