I've been fairly happy with truck drivers in Georgia. And know a few through my dad (mechanic) and some of them are really nice folk. I was driving in a very hard downpour a month ago and was passed by one going ~85-90 when all you can see is parking lights in front of you. Was sorta unnerving as it took me a little while before I could get into the right lane to let him pass. Most truck drivers here do let traffic in and stay in the right lane.
