I work for Danis Building Construction and am on the Kettering City Schools construction management team, we are renting an office on E. Stroop near Town & Country shopping center. Is your studio before Watervaliet (sp?) or past it?
I also happen to know a detective/bomb squad member on the Dayton PD.
