figures after all this time, my dash is warping like crazy (my top vents don't pop in any more and my speedo rattles real bad too) i know there WAS a recall awhile ago, what are the chances of me getting it done under warranty? my car is still under warranty for another year. maybe i'll just b*tch and moan that i never got the recall letter - what should i do, it's driving me crazy....! thanks.

IIRC, you cannot get the dash warp repaired under your vehicle's warranty as it's not a covered item.

Search "troubleshooting" and "Aestetics" as there were lots of discussions on the topic. Some of the posts were about how to fix the problem yourself. I believe the parts can be ordered from fordpartsonline.com.

wow man, i didn't think you still had the car. Are there even 10,000 miles on the car yet??

About the warranty, it looks liek you'll have to settle for the dash warp "Fix" kit, which = ugly.
