Power can change what the drag limit is. So a regular contour is limited to less because less power to push it through the air. Also a regular contour is slightly less aerodynamic than a svt. I do wonder what my car's true top speed is, but it's hard on the car, illegal, and I'd want (actually need since the speedo only goes to 130 and I know it's higher than that) a gps device to get an accurate measurement so I guess it won't ever happen.
