Sorry...forgot about da rulez

I was just wondering if there was a chip that removed the rev limiter and could run on 87 octane. This is my daily driver, not my drag car(or weekend racer..77 trans am ), and so i do not want to run 91 octane..highest here in southern cali. Does this kind of chip even exists...can some one , a vendor, program me a chip like this....
