According to the latest car and driver the 05 GTO will be priced around the high 20's to 30k. They compared it to the 05 mustang and they liked the mustang better and called it a very good bargain.

I can only hope the '05 sales are as dismal as the '04. That way I can have 50 extra horses for the same price at this time next year... I like the Mustang better, but with 100 extra horses over the pony, it would be a hard sale to get me back into the Ford stables. I'm already this close <pinches fingers together> to buying an 04. At 5 grand off of sticker already, plus an extra 5 grand in GM credit card earnings, I'm really close to that guy's 21.5K price... Hummmmmmmmmmmmm
