OP Barrett54 New CEG\'er B Joined: Dec 2004 Posts: 24 St. Louis	The Cardinals finally got a really dominant pitcher (Mulder)in their lineup. Thank God! xRipx2003 Newbie X Joined: Oct 2003 Posts: 4 St. Louis	Mulder is a nice pick up but still doesn't put your staff in the league of the Cubs On another note, now that Edgar left, Cabera signed with the Angels and Nomar with the Cubs...looks like you have to either sign old man Larkin or ex-Angel Eckstein. Cubs still look like a solid contender for Beltran

I think we're going to bring Ozzie out of retirement one last time just for this next season to cover shortstop. P.S. 'They' keep saying the Cubs will be a contender, but when is it going to happen?
