I would be skeptical to purchase an SVT, or most any car, without heads, intake, bumpers, console, and whatever else it may need that you don't even know about. Between labor and parts plus a headache or two, you may be able to find a safer purchase in the classifieds here. Unless of course the numbers crunch and tell you differently.

If she was going 35 MPH in the same direction, the hit would have been "only" 55 MPH ... I believe it personally.

I believe it too. That sucks and the SVT sounds like it is worth considering.

well, it has been a while and I got an update. The svt was gone soon after I saw it. But, I have resently picked up a 98 SE Sport 2.5l, 5 spd. It's black. The only thing I have done and need to do still is brakes and rotors. It had a bad brake pulse so I put new rotors in front. Now I found the right rear caliper locking up, so thats next. Got the car for $2300. Still more than I wanted to pay but I think I did ok.
More pics soon.

If you need brakes and Rotors, I recommend you talk with Stazi (that's his screenname). He hooks us up with a great bargin on a brakes and rotors package.

Here is a link.

you did well, that car will be worth far more than that to you. I couldn't get the kind of money I felt like mine was worth so I am keeping it and going to drive it. It's a 99 sE and I own it outright and I'm the original owner and it's got 80k on the clock. With the limited driving that I do, I could have the car another 5 years
