The tach cluster from a 96-97 will work. The 95's have a cable driven speedometer. It bolts directly in and all the wiring conects. Start it and drive, everything will work, assuming you didnt grab a `95 cluster.
As far as changing the speedometer head, I am unsure. Mine was failing, so I didnt swap heads.
