How do you find Bilsteins for a Contour other than through BAT?? I can't find any place that lists them for a Tour.

Go to the main page of this site and go to links/review. In the links/review section scoll down and you will find several aftermarket vendors. Some of them sell Bilsteins like SP Motorsports and other do not.

BAT is the only importer of Bilstein Sprintlines. SPMotorsports gets them from BAT.

The question was not who imports them but who sells them. You can buy Bilstein struts for the Ford Contour from SP Motorsports.

But the correct answer is STILL BAT!
EVERYBODY gets them from BAT (vendor direct ship) so regardless BAT is the only place that truly has them.
For instance if BAT is backordered then everyone is...

I did buy by my Bilsteins from BAT but I found Bilstein Sprintlines for the Mondeo from a supplier in the UK. So really BAT is not the only supplier. I wanted to put the link of the UK supplier in this message but I was not able to find the supplier after about an hour seaching at work . I will look fot the site this weekend. I believe the question was can you get Bilstiens from one other than BAT. Yes you can. Hell if I bought several dozen Bilsteins from BAT, you could buy them from me! I do agree that BAT brought Bilstein struts for Contour for the masses to the US.

WTF?! They are the only US importer. How much did you pay for shipping from the UK? The original post was answered. Enough said!

Not only shipping but add VAT (IIRC) duties as well.
Figure between the shipping and import tariffs the price skyrockets and that's after the dollar conversion and our dollar is really sucking lately.

You had better realize that NO ONE is going to stock parts because they loose their profit margin from double shipping. On top of that they pay taxes on onhand inventory. Hence the entire Vendor Direct Shipping part of my previous post.
CTA "might" stock a few BAT parts but if they did you would still have to pay higher shipping plus duty fees because they are located in Canada. (which is also the ONLY reason they might stock a few items and provided BAT was backordered of course!)
