I believe the question was can you get Bilstiens from one other than BAT. Yes you can. Hell if I bought several dozen Bilsteins from BAT, you could buy them from me!

I do agree that BAT brought Bilstein struts for Contour for the masses to the US.




That's nice, but the Bilsteins you found are not the same as the Bilsteins sold by BAT. "Sprintline" is a whole different animal, nevermind that that's what BAT called them at first. They were asked to stop doing so. They are now referred to more accurately as the T/C series, but even this misses the mark. If you search European outlets, and order a set of TC's from a European supplier, they will not be the same as the "TCs" from BAT. BAT's TCs are more like a TC body with BAT-specified valving and shaft length to match BAT's springs. They are more aggressive than the TCs available in Europe, which are more of a "value line" for slightly upgraded OEM replacement.
