that is what the original one on my 95 looked like, the replacement was aluminum and the rubber insert like you see now, the one with all the surface holes in it

it appears that all contours\cougars with the mtx-75 share the same rear roll resistor-
so this gb is open to anyone with an mtx-75 on there contour\cougar whether its a 4 or 6 cyl.- check with your dealer to make sure(i'm not liable)

I'm not ready to do this just yet, but I going to need a new roll resistor sometime in the 1st quarter of next year so put me down for one with the core charge ($100).
