OP manute New CEG\'er M Joined: Mar 2003 Posts: 28 Neshkoro, WI	i saw the thred about blinkers on crack, and my blinkers are like that, except that: they work perfectly fine, the timing of the flashes are correct, but it makes the noise as if it were blinking on crack AT ALL TIMES except when the blinker is on(then it is normal). This is pretty messed up, anyone got any ideas/how to fix it. thanks 96 contour Sport soon to come: Ma Audio system

steel New CEG\'er S Joined: Dec 2004 Posts: 27 Pittsburgh, PA	Concur with the new bulbs, had a blinker problem and new bulbs fixed it, besides it's an easy proactive fix. Good luck. '98 SVT #1838 of 6535, every mile's mine! That makes no one to blame but me.

If this is what you have, try a new turn signal switch. I have seen a couple of Contours doing this, and turn signal switches solved the problem. Jim Johnson 98 SVT 03 Escape Limited
