i would fight the ticket and never admit responsibility. Even when you try to do the stand up thing often times they will not give you a break. In New York State, your ticket would be immediately thrown out because he wrote the wrong type of vehicle on it. If I were you I wouldn't disrespect the cop but I would say that you believe that he simply made a mistake and pulled the wrong vehicle over. that he must have saw a m ustang speeding but pulled you over accidentally and that you weren't speeding. When you go to court, make yourself look like a responsible adult. go in in dockers and a nice shirt and try to pull the image thing off
