Mine is a 98 LX with 4-wheel disc brakes and ABS. I've seen disc/drum with ABS as well on 99 Mercs.

As far as diabling my odometer, well, Fords have enough electrical problems for me to know better than to go tampering with them.

Superchips seem to be the way to go on OBD II cars, I prefer a custom burn Diablo chip, but that's just me. I haven't heard of anyone yet that hasn't lost their speed-limiter even though the chip makers don't guarantee it will bypass this.

At 112 mph (182 Km/h) I going plenty fast. I only want the limiter removed for the track, not the street. The drivers here have enough problems going in a straight line! I don't want to be around when one of them cuts me off and I'm going 200+.
