Easy way:
At the moment you want the screenshot, press the "Print Screen" button on the keyboard.
Then go to Paint (dunno what else works...) and go to "Edit/Paste" and there ya go... Best to save it as a "JPEG" file (select that under the name you want to name it... it should be defaulted on "24-Bit Bitmap").
Note this works with Windows... If you got Linux or a Mac, I can't help ya...
