Has anyone installed headers/ypipe themselves. Just wondering if its a pain in the a** before i put the car up on jack stands and attempt it myself. Or if i should just cough up the money and have someone else do it.

It is a pain in the a**. I did it by myself and the only tool you will need is an open end wrench. I was able to use an impact gun for a couple of them but I had to use every extension that I could find. It took me about 16 hours to do it all by hand so it depends on how patient you are. Good luck to ya though...

I have heard that gear wrenches are VERY helpful too.

This has been discussed several times - there is even a decent how-to/tips thread discussed as well.

Please use the search function.
