It's on the valve cover. Where on the cover depends on the engine. All engine codes will have a 2 digit prefix, a 3 digit middle number, and a 2 digit suffix as shown in my example. The sticker usually has other info such as engine build date, bar codes, etc.
Must be on the rear cover (right bank)???
